Some collagen powders are already broken down so your body can use them fast. Other kinds stay more “whole” and help soothe joints and protect cartilage.

Osteoarthritis and General Joint Pain
Bottom line: Collagen can help reduce pain and improve function – especially in knee osteoarthritis.
